Heller Industries to Showcase Vacuum Reflow Technology at SMTA Guadalajara Expo & Tech Forum 2026

Florham Park, NJ – August 2026– Heller Industries, a global leader in thermal processing solutions, will exhibit in booth 938 at the SMTA Guadalajara Expo & Tech Forum, taking place October 7–8, 2026 at Expo Guadalajara, Salón Jalisco Halls D & E in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. A major focus at the event will be Heller’s Short-Cycle Vacuum Reflow (SCVR) technology, developed to address one of the fundamental challenges associated with vacuum reflow: achieving the void-reduction benefits of vacuum processing without allowing vacuum cycle time to become a production bottleneck.

Vacuum reflow cycle time is influenced by both the amount of time required under vacuum and the time required to transfer assemblies into and out of the vacuum chamber. Simply reducing vacuum time can negatively affect void performance. Heller’s SCVR approach instead focuses on minimizing transfer time through a multi-stage, speed-adjustable conveyor system, accelerating board movement before and after the vacuum chamber while preserving the required vacuum process.

Heller will co-exhibit with SEHO Systems GmbH in Booth 938 as part of a broader global collaboration between the companies to provide mutual customers with a more comprehensive approach to electronics soldering solutions.

Through the collaboration, Heller and SEHO are working to give electronics manufacturers access to complementary technologies and process expertise across a broader range of soldering requirements. SEHO’s portfolio includes selective soldering, wave soldering, AOI and automation technologies, complementing Heller’s expertise in advanced thermal processing and vacuum reflow.
